Status: Class Action awaiting authorization

This class action was launched against Google LLC, concerning the extraction by the latter of biometric data of individuals from photos stored on the Google Photos platform. The class action seeks compensation for all individuals whose biometric data was extracted, collected, captured, received or obtained by Google from photos stored by users on the Google Photos platform.
