Johnathan joined the CaLex business law team as an articling student in July of 2023 in order to complete his legal training. His enthusiasm for practicing business law stems from his experience growing a small family run transportation company.

Johnathan assists the corporate team with mergers and acquisitions, tax restructurings, as well a variety of commercial transactions and negotiations.
